– Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
– Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours for any issues.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

– We generally offer a 30-day exchange window and a 14-day refund window, subject to conditions.

– Features of the app are under continuous development and may change without notice. We do not guarantee feature availability, release dates, or uninterrupted service.
– We are not liable for any bugs, errors, or downtime in the app.

– All content on the Yearplan website, app, and products—including text, images, designs, and logos—is owned by or licensed to Yearplan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
– You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

– If you submit reviews, suggestions, or other content, you grant Yearplan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

– We are not liable for natural variations in materials, pen ink performance (especially due to weather), or damage from misuse.

– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
