Yearplan Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern participation in the Yearplan Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • One affiliate account per person or entity

  • Accounts must be operated by real humans (no bots or automation)

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

 

2. Affiliate Links & Tracking

  • Commissions are earned only through valid, tracked affiliate links or codes

  • Yearplan is not responsible for lost commissions due to incorrect links, cookies, or tracking issues

  • Affiliate links should direct users to Yearplan product pages only

 

3. Commissions & Payments

  • Commissions apply only to completed, non-refunded purchases

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity voids commissions

  • Payouts are processed monthly

  • A minimum balance of $20 is required for payout

  • Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes

 

4. Product Gifting

  • Complimentary products are provided for review and promotion only

  • Gifted products may not be resold or redistributed for commercial gain

 

5. Disclosure & Representation

  • You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship as required by platform and advertising guidelines

  • You may not misrepresent your relationship with Yearplan

  • You may not claim to be an employee, partner, or representative of Yearplan

 

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Purchase products using their own affiliate links

  • Engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam-based promotion

  • Use the Program for illegal or unauthorized purposes

 

7. Termination

  • Yearplan may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time

  • Upon termination, affiliate links may be disabled

  • Commissions earned through violations may be forfeited

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Yearplan’s total liability related to the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the commissions paid or payable to the affiliate.

 

9. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
